Maybe this will contain some exitement... (from Yahoo) "What Rentech is saying, and we are speaking for RNTK only not TX, is we believe that at the point where we are in the nego, it is possible that we could complete them by the end of the summer. We are only speaking for RNTK, this in no way implies that TX is on the same time line or that the deal is guarenteed to get done. This also does not imply that if we get to 9-22 and there is no deal signed, that it is a dead deal. We hold to our press release of 6-24 We can not set a schedule for TX the stated time frame is only what RNTK is shooting for if . No deal is done until it is signed and nego could continue.
