Insider holdings:

I got this off the yahoo board so perhaps someone can verify it:

as of 6/29/98 Phillip Carmack owns 11,129 shares
5/12/98 Ballard 42,500
6/4/98 Janet Leising 32,000
5/28/98 Gordon Campbell 596,506

These are incridibly low amount of holdings, especially for Ballard and Leising. What is going on here? I thought that insider holdings were closer to 40% (i.e 7 Million shares) what gives?
