I hadn't heard that. I did notice that the 6/24 release did not have "exclusive" in it. The change of terms must be part of the extended time line. Either way, you are right, there will be more than one "deal". The deal with Tx was to sell licences to other oil companies. Those deals will happen regardless. Dan Ogens
