But the big boys hate uncertainty. They will probably wait until the dust settles before they jump back on the bandwagon.
Correct, you are.... but.
MOOOOOO, MOOOOOOOO, MOOOOOOOOO, MOOOOOOO, SELL.... MOOOOOO, AFRAID, MOOOO, MOOOOOO, BEAR, MOOOOOO, MOOOOOO TRAMPLE, TRAMPLE, CARP, CARP, MOOOOOO..... ETC.
LU is still overvalued as compared with those small caps who are already in a bear market. HOWEVER, LU is cheap compared with the super big blue chip high tech stocks, the likes of CSCO, DELL, MSFT, to name a few. And the funny thing is, LU surely belongs to the elite group.
Well said, could not say so better myself.
LU will become the telecommunication supplier to the world.... (IMO)
In my eyes, part of the the reason the small caps are under pressure is because today as companies do business world wide, the need for capital becomes more important, so is size. except for selected cases in which the cost of operating the business is not critical.
Example, DELL with a two week inventory, and not building a computer unless it is sold, the risk of exposure to debt (if any), or large overheads is reduced. After all the market may be not so stupid after all, the prices of those issues you have mentioned have not suffered as others.
Once again.... we are down to the bottom line, if the world no longer TRUSTS in the US$ and/or the country itself as a strong (and hopefully mature) leader.
So Russia blows up....... well how many computers has DELL stopped selling because of that ??
China (mainly the communist elite.... he, he, he, isn't that an Oxymoron ?), needs, and WANTS a state of the art communication network, they will do whatever it takes to get it, (devaluation or not), as it is, I understand that LU is already helping yes ?
Anyway.... you seem to have the right idea. When LU reaches 120-200 that is the time to sell to the morons that follow the wise recommendations of the so called Analysts.
Z.
btw..... is 120-200 before or after the split ? |
