There is also another question to be asked as to what content is acceptable. Should a person who continually posts off-topic messages on a specific thread be allowed to do so?

I would say that continued off-topic posts on say the GPM, would not be acceptable. In fact, many posters are warned about being too off topic. Should they not be warned?
