The way that this whole area of disclosure of material events in the past can be gleaned from the company's S-3A from April:

"A significant portion of the Company's revenues (88% in fiscal 1997 and 41%
in fiscal 1996) were generated by a single customer, Hucom, Inc. Product
purchased from the Company by Hucom is remarketed to end users."

I may be wrong, but I don't think Ancor has ever disclosed the owner of the big FC LAN in Japan.
