Yah, all those yadda yaddas. Was interesting, and beyond that, who cares. It did make it easier to do certain mental things. Some touring musicians are big on it. Energy isn't all of it. I don't know if it's the same with women.

The Sikhs were guards (and some army) around where I was, and I got to watch them a lot. In super hot, boring, and sleepy situations, thru all 24 hours, they were wide, wide awake. I'd get up at three and check on them. They looked different than the average guard, as though they could never be caught off - guard. Which is a good thing in a guard. They also have elaborate audio night signals I was trying to figure out. You sense they were developed from times when it was really important to be awake and clever. But I got sleepy, and they got complex. Which made sense to me, too.

It's clear they put a high regard on alertness. They're mentally trained, I would guess to an exotic degree. Celibacy is part of it. That's pretty exotic by itself, really. What powers it allowed that caused it's adoption, I don't know. How about peripheral vision. Just kidding. When they look at you, if you're trying to hide anything, forget it. You'll pop like a trunk. Then they'll shoot you.
