It looks like SyQuest is going to do a reverse split for us, but they aren't being really nice and getting the price back up above $5.

Maybe there idea is to minimize the shorting that will occur, by limiting it to those institutions that can short below $5 (including their preferred share holders.)

Incorporation to effect a reverse stock split of one share of Common Stock of
the Company for every five to ten shares of Common Stock that are issued and
outstanding, with the precise number of shares to be converted to be
determined by the Company's Board of Directors at a later time.
