At the time of the overview the OS and float were as accurate as could be determined at that time (i.e. calling the company to find out the OS and float and trying to adjust for the expected additional dilution that would be caused by debt conversion). Message 5531877 Someone should probably call the company to verify the debt conversion has been completed and to find out what the current OS and float are. Mike
