cAPSLOCK, I will stick my neck out and get it ready to be chopped off....There will never be an orchistrated world wide interest rate reduction..... Nationalism still rules....it was neat, this world economy... When times are good...there is such adhesion and unity.... With the events now...Nationalism....the starting of Isolationism... it is the History of the world..... I see no leader that has the ability to change this trend.... karen
