CHS Electronics once again said hard drive supply is tight.

At the Montgomery Securities conference, CHS once again said hard drives are improving. They are short of supply of some models and have had suppliers contact them to buy back inventory. They did not detail which segments are tight.

KLIC (Semi-cap equipment) said they were seeing good demand for equipment and materials from the DD industry in a conference call last week.

If the business isn't really turning, it is making a great head fake.
