Mike, Just read the release on Prodigy Quote Track, the company specifically stated that the action wasn't a response to a take over threat, still it makes me wonder if they don't have some motivation, like maybe think they may be catching the eye of some companies in the near future (hopefully next quarters earnings report is providing the impetus!).
