Could take longer though. They cannot appeal indefinitely. To the best of my limited understanding, this is the toughest of their three suits against Mitsubishi to establish - and it involves revenues that AXC is not receiving at all right now. i.e. revenues from TV receivers. If they should lose the other two..there is , in my opinion, some risk of royalty erosion. Yeah, this ( all 3 suits) could all go on til the cows come home... but somehow I do not think it will.
