Common sense dictates that you don't insult the judge, or a prosecutor who has an unlimited budget with only you as his target. Somehow the Clinton legal team managed to miss this.

Lewinski is only the first shoe to drop. We can tell that Starr intends to file criminal charges in the Filegate case, because he intervened a couple of weeks back delaying testimony in a civil case concerning the FBI files. Starr was forced to state his reason for objecting to the testimony, and he said it would interfere with the criminal case his office is developing. The rumors have been that the full Starr report runs 450 pages, and the Lewinski case doesn't make an appearance until about page 400.
