Doug, I honestly can't answer that question. I spend hours a day reading and searching for info to find an answer. That is my gripe with AFLX and even with business news agencies. I know AFLX is a small cap, but it's volume indicates it is closely followed by a large number of people.

I don't see how a company that has it's stock price decline close to 90% in one quarter go without announcing more info. How can the press let the company go without talking with them. Shareholders and long investors like me who have been watching and holding need to hear more.

For some reason this thread on SI is dead, but the one on Yahoo is pretty active. I don't understand that. I think the Yahoo thread has a wider range of personalities and you see personal attacks often, which I hate, but when you are starved for fresh info, beggars can't be choosers.

I think AFLX could have and should have stabilized in the $6 to $8 range during this hiccup. It's drop below $3 is because there is so much uncertainty and no official news or press releases. Maybe they are hoping to surprise to the upside, I really don't believe that anymore. I will be happy if they don't go under.
