If the Koreans have the bucks, why are they restricting production, which you concede is unwise? And of course, what happens to the price of MU if the Koreans don't have the bucks? Rememer equipment is priced in US$, and the Korean money is down big, so the equipment is even more expensive than it used to be for them. Carl
