The buyer must meet several conditions:

(1) Cash as you said;
(2) interests in advertisement and sell products;
(3) hopefully can bring in new media, such as cable, wireless
connection with JAVA type feature to save the CPU of
mainframe.

The new generation is spending more time in front of PC than
in front of TV according to a survey I heard from radio. Maybe
a TV/Cable giant may be interested in this.
