Are these $6.9 million new shares being put into the float? Is "Potomac" selling; and what of the "department conversion" shares? That's a potential average of 86,250 NEW shares being sold into the market each of those 80 trading days (if unrestricted); 30% of the average total daily volume of 320,700 shares. If I wanted to make money, I would generate 86,250 shares a day and sell gradually. Who on this thread is part of the "Potomac acquisition"?
