Well, no, CYMI is being sued because insiders were allegedly selling at the top while loudly denying rumors of serious reliability problems that, three months later, turned out to actually exist. IE, insiders were allegedly selling on material information while lying to the investing public about that same information.

I don't know enough about the situation to comment on the merits, (nor am I a current or former CYMI shareholder) but the allegations are definitely a bit more serious than just a bunch of crybaby investors who got burned by market risk.
