The offset by 2 decimals - what I think you mean - It's not much - is right. - Now if we start adding the construction of houses for an amount of half of 30MM$ loans given add 10% downpayment then the TCC JV with Nations will have revenues of 16.5MM$ - say 5% net (a lot of advertising costs not necessary) - 825K$ - Now we are at 1.1MM$ = .55 cent/share * 5PE = shareprice 2.75 cent - Now add what may come out of any coming news. And at the end of year if black figures are produced we could allow for a higher PE - IMO 10 cents are certainly in the visible part of the horizon. As one from the construction biz once said here on aret threads - It takes one job to turn such a biz 180 degrees. Kind regards Jens
