"All, I just hope the drop was due to technicals and not fundamentals."

I've only been looking into PRMS for a couple of weeks (no position yet), and since I'm much into TA I tend to take a TA slant. Those of you who have been following the company for some time have a better feel for the fundies and where they might be going. I think being 25% up from the bottom is a good sign, though volume and market participation haven't been terribly encouraging the last few days. After the damage done, it could take a while to heal.

"I am a little disappointed that PRMS has not come out and defended its stock."

Well at least there's the buyback. Many companies have been totally silent, which just encourages any negative sentiment floating around out there, and there's a lot of it these days. I'm surprised at the number of badly bruised and beaten stocks which haven't done a thing for their shareholders in the PR department.
