The thing about this sabotage story that doesn't ring true is that Ciena's gear caught fire during ramped up testing, which pretty much indicates it wasn't ready for the big leagues just yet. AT&T had a huge outage a while back due to fire, and has no desire for an encore anytime soon. But who knows... The Asian exposure thing keeps coming up to account for soft prices recently, but my understanding is that LU has a very small exposure there, as opposed to CSCO which is warning of trouble there...but their stock goes up... go figure.
