Phil, IMHO he will say what he has said last time... and not rule out interest rate cuts. He will voice continued concerns about global economic conditions and suggest the US must keep in step with the efforts to put things back on track. This MAY (BWDIK) be the impetus for an explosive move up... the other half of the relief rally! He know where his bread is buttered... although I don't think he is any happier with the butterer than you or I. Bill
