Pete, Their press release yesterday about name change but no mention of any earning, 10K or anything. What is the form needed to file for extention (can they still)? biz.yahoo.com I also noticed that half the release was about the name change and another half was the safe habor yadi-yada. They must have thought a name change is very much a forward looking statement. <GG> Also, the majority of the shareholders voted for the name change. I don't remember receiving any proxy. Well, should shorts receive any proxy?? Maybe not. <GG>
