Sir Mexx,, take a look at NASDAQ ROTI/ROTIW. Stock has been hammered down to all-time lows. TRC is to acquire ROTI: TRC Acquisition Corp. said it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Harvest Restaurant Group Inc. (Nasdaq:ROTI - news). The transaction is expected to close in September.
