Best Regards, c m... * REPEAT CUSTOMERS DRIVING eCOMMERCE REVENUE The Intermarket Group recently released the results of its eMerchant Survey, where it was revealed that -- at least among high-end eCommerce sites -- on average 53% of total online revenues come from repeat customers, up from 37% in 1997. In contrast, the growth rate for new customer acquisition fell sharply among this elite group of merchants, who have an average customer base of 713,000 registered users.
