Cade Industries Receives $3.5 Million Order From Pratt & Whitney To Design and Manufacture Test Equipment for New Jet Engine
OKEMOS, Mich., Sept. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Cade Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: CADE), a leading supplier of products and services to the aerospace and air transport industries, announced today that it has been awarded a contract to design and manufacture jet engine test equipment for the recently announced Pratt & Whitney 6000 engine program. The PW 6000 turbofan has been selected as the initial engine to power the 100-passenger Airbus 318. The contract is valued at approximately $3.5 million, with deliveries scheduled to begin in the second half of 1999.
