The technical word, is GOBBLEDEGOOK ! In plainer English , It appears that the software product will allow businesses to create secure (Virtual Private) networks, over the "un-secure" internet. Also allows dial up access, via modem, to the Virtual Private Network. Seems that the network will provide Voice, GSM, Fax, xDSL service (over packets). Ericy is also active in providing xDSL service. This is part of Ericsson's attempt to expand it's horizons, beyond the TDMA/GSM/CDMA (more gobbledegook) world. Perhaps they really do not believe that the world is flat ?? Regards, Mardy.
