showcase the Company's own signature brand of private reserve cigars
at the inaugural WALL STREET SMOKE-OUT '98 in New York City.
This evening's festive event, hosted by The Milan Capital Group,
will introduce Havana Republic's President Stephen Schatzman and Vice
President Alex Gimelstein. Shareholders and the general public are
encouraged to share a fine cigar with an estimated 100 brokers and
