Digitcom has never to the best of my knowledge promised in a public PR an exact date of when they would file. They have now, (Sept 23).

This is an EXCELLENT point that is easy to forget. I forget myself. In many ways we did this to ourselves, by forming our OWN expectations that Digitcom would have filed back last May, when the price was above $4 for 30 days. The only mistake the company made was in an unofficial newsletter where they talked about filing in 2 weeks, which did not happen and for which Roger apologized profusely. But they never put out an official PR saying they were filing, not until this time. We can blame Digitcom for not taking advantage of the situation back last May, and we have, but we don't know what was going on, the reasons for their not acting back then, etc. And, to repeat, this is September 98 and we have a PR release saying they are filing, by the trade show time, which is the 23rd.
