Is this just sour grapes? IMO, the narrow base of contracts Ciena relied on is what may have produced the level of shorts in the first place. My hat is off to anyone who looked into the situation enough to be able to see that. It seems there were a number of people who saw that as a flaw. Not to rub salt into anyones wounds but it also seems some people fell in love with the company and missed that. I confess I dont follow Ciena and that is just an observation from very limited exposure to article/reports I have happened across. I would hope that this thread has had enough banter not to become a Q cult and suffer a similar denial or oversight.
