Gregg:

Citi & M&I are two of the most systems-savvy banks in the U.S. Their recent announcements re bill payment indicate to me that the "ducks are quacking", i.e. the public is finally stepping up in serious numbers to pay their bills electronically. We're about to find out if CKFR's advantages in systems, service and goodwill are real or figments of Pete Kight's imagination.
