I still can't understand why everyone is assuming the institutions are voting for the 'merger' and Why they may be for it ???

ANY enlightenment would be appreciated !!

BTW, I fully agree about ISLI's complete and continuing turnaround over the past 18-months by itself and why it shouldn't remain independent from the MIFGY offer. A merger with some other company who can leverage each other would be such much better. I cannot see any ISLI/MIFGY leverage at all. JMHO and probable vote against.
