Vacheh and All,

Winners Internet Network is NOT a gambling site per se, at all. What it is and will be is an internet accounting system that will allow for secure, effecient on-line transactions acting as the intermediary agent (teller) between merchant, bank and consumer. Winners has simply targeted the on-line gambling community, as this is an industry that the CEO, Mr. Skinner is familiar with. IMO the applications for Winners software are phenomenol for all E-commerce....basically any internet monetary transaction. What sets WINR apart from other E-commerce software?

1.) The ability to flow all transactions through one site and one bank system combined with the ability to Translate transactions of differing currencies through conversions based on the euro-dollar ( I have yet to find another system that does this, and face it, the internet will become a WORLD shopping mall)

2.) The Winner debit card allowing for INSTANT E-commerce transactions worldwide.

3) A strong European finacial/banking system.

4.) Cost effectiveness. Its 1/2-- 1% transaction fees and $100K license fee are much cheaper than any I've seen and should make it fiscally responsible for most on-line merchants to use this system rather than trying to set up their own independent systems.

5.) The ability of Winners software to be interfaced and modified in such a manner so as to COMPLY WITH ALL GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS.

6.) Its stated goal of complying with government regulations should make it easier to market world-wide.

These are a few of the reasons I feel Winner is in the right place at the right time. while at this point Winners has chosen to target the gambling industry, and will likely do so for some time the world-wide e-commerce applications are what will make this a very big company in the not to distant future.

Concerning : post #1372 & #1495

Please go to the 1495 posting and check the link. From the PR release that comes up check the link at the bottom to the site. It will scare you at first, but there are many differences between this company and winner.

1.) Yes, they do offer a Visa debit card; HOWEVER, if you read the fine print you will find this card will allow you access to SOME of your ANNUAL cash flow. In other words unlike Winner it is not an instantaneous account transaction so whats the since of the debit card if its not instantly accessable.

2.) No mention of even attempting to monitor the legal issues of on-line gambling. in fact they seem to encourage it. By selling the license of the GAMBLING SITE (which is what they are selling, not an accounting system) to an idependent party they seem to absolve themselves of any legal obligation or interest in monitoring such.

3.) Winners is an intermediary accounting system. On the other hand, These guys want to be the house. depending on how much you want to pay for their license (anywhere from 200k - 500k) they get from 40%-70% of the action. I've got to tell you this seems to be extremely wide open to illegal and unmonitored transactions, and make no mistake, the U.S. Government is becoming very pro-active on this issue.

I could go on but allow me to end with an analogy. Back in the early 80's there was a very small company in a very new industry that made a bold decision. Unlike its competitors it decided to focus on ONE aspect of that industry, while the others tried to do everything from the bottom up. they wanted it all. Of course the company I'm talking about is MSFT and Gates decided to concentrate on the DOS/OS software while Apple, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Texas instruments attempted to handle "the whole package". Which of these companies would you have rather bought 10k shares of in the early 80's?

Best Wishes, Swedelo
