I am not assuming that institutions will vote for it. I think many of them will vote no. They might have gone along if MIFGY's stock had held up, but now they will have been forced to do real homework...look at multiples...decide which where ISLI's multiple would be if it were not tied to the falling MIFGY...and vote no.
