Hi, Del!!!
I am quite late to the space party on my own thread! Sorry, I have been distracted by my feelings lately, and have been a bit incommunicado or something.
Del, you asked a couple of questions, and I'll try to answer. First, in that poem I wrote, "other worlds" was a reference to a world, a place, a life that was different from the familiar home of the narrator of the poem, a woman who is dissatisfied with what she has and is thinking of moving on, and wondering what something different would be like. A new relationship, a new home, but definitely on planet earth.
The space stuff is something I am totally disassociated with, but which my husband is very interested in. Something about the comet Hale-Bopp, a huge object next to it which is not a star and seems to move intelligently, and Hopi Indian predictions of visitations from other planets. Spiritually, my husband considers himself a Hopi!! Don't ask; I cannot explain.
But in any event, the source for a lot of his information about extraterrestrial life, Hale-Bopp and other related issues can be found at artbell.com
Please, everyone, continue your discussion and have fun with it, but remember, I don't endorse any of this stuff at all. I have no idea what is true about life beyond earth, and am preoccupied right now with the very pedestrian issues of Christmas rapidly approaching and sorting out my own very complicated life right here, wherever that is!
Hope you have fun with it, Del!!!
