Hopefully looking at current price/exchange a NO vote would be appropriate by the institutions.

Having over 100K share I would have expected a cheer leading call from ISLI mgmnt especially if the vote for was in danger ... I HAVE NOT gotten one (yet) ! UNLESS ... ISLI mgmnt is rethinking the deal, sees it not getting voters' approval and wants it to fail on its own.

I truly believe that ISLI's products, services, recent earnings and LARGE/HUGE client list is VERY VALUABLE to a lot of other companys such as ....
