Chuzz, a fascinating aspect of the BTO model is that Dell has the ability to quickly respond to market conditions; i.e., if the market wants palm pilots, Dell could quickly respond to these conditions. msft was made great by its ability to mimic it's competitors, but do it more effeciently, due primarily to its business model. so you're hounding that the DELL's BTO model (not just any model) should be offered a premium is becoming clear
