Hello NYBB:

Thanks for the MM update. It looks like a prop to me at $3. I expect it to trade below $2-1/2 soon. With the year end approaching, I am considering exercising Sept puts. That carries a short term gain forward as part of the basis of the short position and allows me to cover at any time in the future with the biggest caveat being the margin requirement.

For the most part the market seems to have shifted from the long term short picking of earlier this year to more of a choppy traders market at an intermediate level. Being mostly in cash is the position for trading instead of fully invested in long term shorts. So the tendency to cash for me now helps pad the margin issue.

I do not expect Zitel to ever make more money than they spend, so despite some ups and downs to ride, I expect the price in the long run to approximate zero. It might even come to that by December of this year.
Best regards,
m
PS I think the MM's have made a major dumbout. There is a lot more trading volume to be had at lower price levels than there is at the present price around 3. I thought they made money by volume, so until the pricing gets down to where trading volumes are back to meaningful volumes for liquidity--they are really not enjoying the benefits of a liquid market as market makers could. Pooh on them!
