Along those lines, with strong holders in the wings here and relatively low volume, it would not take much strategic buying to stem the down turn and push it up. My question is why hasn't this been happening? Certainly, the biggies can't be happy with the share price, either from their personal balance sheet or for corporate capital (e.g acquisitions and financing) reasons.
