I'm not really clear on that point. Biogen is paying CBMI to develop 3 of their candidate biomolecules at CBMIs plant in Lebanon NH, but they are also putting millions into construction of that facility... so who really owns what Im not sure, ......but the thrust of the new deal, and the main thing that gives me confidence in CBMI is that a billion dollar company (BGEN) with great experience in expressed proteins is paying 100 million to a smaller company (CBMI) to be included in on development of thier biomolecule ...by the way, H&Q has new STRONG BUY on CBMI
