Thanks for WSJ article. It does not look good in Russia now. The new government promises hyperinflation. Banks (some with people salaries) are failing. Call me an optimist, but I still don't believe in a complete disintegration of the Russian market. That is the only thing a bear on Russia could hope for at these prices. Yesterday the volume on the RTS was $800,000. This is a big country.
