Maybe I'm confused Fugazi, but are you saying to lie under oath isn't perjury? Let's say Starr was investigating Mr.X for murder, and in his report he states "Mr.X for no known reason, took the gun and shot Ms.Y in the head, as a result of the shot to the head, Ms.Y's heart and breathing stopped...never starting back up".NOW...Do we say Mr.X is guilty of discharging a firearm improperly, inserting lead into Ms.Y OR Murder? As for Kendall, excuse me...no offense intended, he is attempting to confuse the gullible. It's a form of FUD Fear Uncertainty & Doubt. Just look at some of the things Clinton's lawyers have said recently, and were told to cool it by leading Dems.
