Jim; As far as finding out who is doing this I just do not know. ..... this has been going on for some time. We see days when Ikar losses 25% + or - and days where it gains 25% + or -......... The only bright side to this whole situation is when the price gets low enough someone whether it be a group of people or a person is buying up stock thats why Ikar seems to dip low and then rebounds up I did talk to the CEO at IKAR and he is planing to leave for Tajikastan this week. IKAR is drilling and taking samples for assay within a certain area of it's property as part of the summer work program. The reason being for a third confirmation of what the property holds and also to complete a feasibility study for potential investment groups. If you remember they released a news release that gave some figures in the Billions which could in fact be the case. But at the same time the valuation was not based on proven only what the property could possibly yield if in fact it was mined. Ikar may in their own mind feel that release was justified and true but at the same time the final proof comes down to what is being produced while the property is in production. I feel this third verification serves two purposes one being that it instills the value of the property as a profitable venture for mining so IKAR can receive funds from investment groups, and secondly it adds more credibility to the value of the property being that fairly high claims were made on previous releases. In conclusion, after speaking with Ikar management, I am satisfied that they are not selling any shares into the market. I am also secure in the fact that they are proceeding as per their plans to complete this project.
