Hi AL,

I believe that teevee's suggestion is simply that a "significant" threshold production rate (perhaps 15 mmcf/d raw gas??) will have to be established before the expected very sour gas of the Devonian can be economically tied in to gas processing facilities in the area.

IMHO, Quirk Creek is likely to be the best option and then Jumping Pound (both have sour gas gathering systems "in the area"). While Can Oxy's Mazeppa Plant is also an option, there is no existing sour gathering line "in the area" for transmission to that plant. Finally, the Pembina Hartell Plant is capable of handling only minor H2S concentrations and as such is not a suitable processing option (as built) for Devonian gas.

Finally, the sweet Mississippian gas in this area is liquid rich and so processing will be required (in order to meet the hydrocarbon dew point specification of Nova/CWNG as well as to remove the trace H2S contaminent, etc.).

Later,
grayhairs

P.S.--I haven't been out to the wellsite for a week now. What's on site now? drilling or service rig? any test equipment rigging up yet?
