Ron: Two sources for the rumour -- one in Singapore BT, the other in Hong Kong itself.

I haven't been paying attention to the properties pages. WONG's the expert. If the prices are justifiable, he would know. Just hope one of those lines is for COL-built flats.

Done well recently w/ Guangzhou Investments' roadway building subsidiary, GZI Transport. Up as much as 20% in one session. Forced recently by exchange rules to make the old "we don't know why" declaration.
