Chief: Here's another hypothetical... One of DAY's board memebers owns 2MM shares of MDIN. He uses it along with some friendly MM's (friendly to him) to control the MDIN market. They drive the price down. They work behind the scences with the former landholders and acquire their stock also. They quietly buy up the float. (Entire float can be bought for less than $3MM.) They go to AGM and takeover, dismissing the lawsuits against themselves. KMT
