Hello Frank. Market so far so good. Telebras TBR. It is up again today and so is the Brazil market. Talk is that there will be a big monetary packaga for Brazil. But some think talk about a BIG package is way overdone, should it come about, the way I read and hear things. May be the reason that TBR has come off its high.

Mr. Greenspan will speak pretty soon. Hope everything goes alright. There was some talk today that the FED had thought about cutting rates but may have been annoyed that Mr. Clinton tried to cease the moment to put pressure on Mr. Greenspan in that speech the other day. Was it yesterday? How time flies when you are having fun. gg. Consensus was that Mr. Greenspan was going to cut rates. Like I said yesterday, Mr. Clinton knew of that talk also. Would have probably been better if he had kept out of it. Mr. Rubin did down play it later. Said that Mr. Clinton in no way meant to put pressure on Mr. Greenspan. Lets hope that a rate cut will prevail.

Sonny
