Hello,3. I just got on line and read the statement from Peacock. Any news is good news, it allows us to ponder the facts. I guess that I may be be more excited to read that Peacock has acquired the necessary funding through channels which will not hinder the company's ability to execute the company's business plan. I am not really sure what a BDC means so I will have to do a little research. If anyone can give a simplistic overview of the differences or advantages of becoming a BDC (over and above what the press release stated) that would be helpful. I hope you are all well. #4
