I spoke with Ralph Ulm today. He wanted me to pass on to everyone that he has worked out a special deal for MDIN investors planning on attending the shareholder's meeting. Rooms for $69 at Peppermill which I understand is a very nice hotel. Call him direct if you are interested, he is trying to get reservations set. He also stated they have on board another MM who is friendly and working to get the share price up. Ralph stated he has evidence there is illegal shorting going on with MMs and said his personal shares were loaned to another MM so they could square their books. These shares are registered in Ralph's name. He stated getting the SEC involved would mean trading would be suspended and MDIN shut down which would not be productive at this point. Said he is meeting with 13,000 active investors in an hour with participation by 7 gold funds who are actively seeking junior mining firms to invest in. Ralph was extremely positive the properties and said by the time of the shareholder's meeting you will have gold mining firms all over their properties because of what they have. Stated everything was better than they anticipated and they were drilling down 700 meters. Told me if I had extra money I should be averaging down at these prices, he couldn't have been more optimistic. This was the conversation, I understand nothing about mining so I am just passing on what I was told. Maybe our expert geologist the Chief would be interested in following up and calling Ralph? Chief would know the appropriate follow up questions to ask, unlike me. Also I might add I asked Ralph's permission to place his comments on the internet which he had no problems with. Realist
